Everytime I get up from sitting..or out of my car I say " damn you Jeff"..my trainer is Jeff...yesterdays workout:10 hex dead lifts/squats..90 pounds, 15, 40 lbs squats, 10 each side, 20lbs A squats...15 hip ups with a 15 pound sand bag and 30 hollow rocks each set..3 sets :frantics: Then we did 15 shoulder press with 12 pounders, 15 pull downs with the blue band, 12 tricep/lat some things with 8 pounds, and 15 each side iron crosses.

Ended with 3 sets of 50 on the battle ropes and 20 14lbs ball slams

It's my legs that are killing me

But you've commented that you're seeing results and it even helped after your surgery, so at least you know all your hard work is paying off.  I really admire how committed you've been to this.

You mean...I should be committed

Actually...I can't  believe I am doing half this stuff...I would have never tried it on my own.

I got tired just thinking about all of that...  I'd rather ride 50 miles on the roads.
