petitepedal ★ Posted October 15, 2021 Share #1 Posted October 15, 2021 Everytime I get up from sitting..or out of my car I say " damn you Jeff"..my trainer is Jeff...yesterdays workout:10 hex dead lifts/squats..90 pounds, 15, 40 lbs squats, 10 each side, 20lbs A squats...15 hip ups with a 15 pound sand bag and 30 hollow rocks each set..3 sets Then we did 15 shoulder press with 12 pounders, 15 pull downs with the blue band, 12 tricep/lat some things with 8 pounds, and 15 each side iron crosses.
