Mr. Beanz Posted October 17, 2021 Share #21 Posted October 17, 2021 A perfectionist. I can't do something wrong or leave anything half arsed. Just can't do it. I did in one of my videos. I have proof watched them all and fixed errors. But one I left a letter missing in the text and didn't realize it till after I posted it on yt. That one I let go but it haunts me to this day, I can't forget about it and even feel guilty I let it slide. I was an inspector for machine shops for several years manufacturing parts for weapons and aircraft. The deburring and machining departments would describe me as The Picky One. Hey, this sheot's got to be right! I once got into a debate disagreement with my super. The other inspectors were screwing up everything. I told my super that if he didn't expect them to do their jobs right, maybe I'd screw mine up too if there were no consequences for their lack of attention to detail. Bunch of hacks! He said he didn't worry about that because no matter what I said, he knows I am not programmed to do such a thing, He said he knew it was not my nature to do anything incorrect on purpose. He was right, couldn't do it.

Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted October 17, 2021 Share #29 Posted October 17, 2021 Why do people have to 'identify'? Is their own identity as they see themselves not enough? Or is it because in our high-speed instant society it takes too long to figure out the values and beliefs of other people, so we need to stick a label on them to 'identify' them and be done with it? Or is it because we need to offer an identity to others so we don't accidentally fall in with the wrong 'tribe'? {And of course, I understand that Wilbur's post was in fun, because if he were serious about it he wouldn't have posted it on this Forum. ) Identify me as you will, anybody who feels it necessary is welcome to generate their own label for me if they believe they've seen enough of my posts to do so.

There will be some other RCMP officers who can use it too...meaning the few? are also CBCs. I have my birth certificate after all. (I hope I never have to pull it out in the wrong circumstances, like Obama's supporters, had to just to show to the electorate he is American after all.) Some people at work have the transgender/non-binary, etc. in their digital automatic signature ie. she/her. At work, there have been several employee profiles, where in addition to summarizing interesting parts of their job, they (with their choice/permission) mention their same gender wife/husband, etc...... with photos. I didn't see this 9-10 yrs. ago within the organization. Usually employee profiles include bits of personal side which it's entirely up to the employee what they want to say about themselves.
