Faarpit, cigars, and bourbon

Are on the menu tonight after dinner. I worked hard. I’m gonna play hard. Temps are will be in the 40-60 range. Perfect for burning oak, tobacco and enjoying some agricultural products (corn).

I am planning to put Iron Smoke in apple cider after dinner.

Have you tried smoked bourbon?  It would be better than a cigar.

I like an Islay (smoked peat) scotch. But bourbon will do. I understand and accept the risk from cigars. Probably no more than 12 in a year. I’m good.

You, being an accomplished smoker cook may appreciate this.  I have a smoker box at the summer home and it really adds a nice dimension to a drink.
