So you have a pre-breakfast, breakfast, brunch, and then lunch and you want to drop pounds??

 

What's wrong with a little starving once in a while?

 

Yeah, I've heard that theory and have rejected it.  I am not good at being hungry all of the time.  I am eating a lot overall less calories than I used to, and that's about all the willpower I have.  If I switch to eating reasonable meals and only eating three times a day, I won't be able to do it and I'll overeat at those meals.

 

This works for me, even if it is wrong.

I didn't say it was wrong.  You just opened the door for a little harassment and I walked through it.   :)

Wasn't saying you said I was wrong, but I've heard it before.  I agree if I ate less frequently I "could" more weight.  I know me, and I know it won't work.  I'd be hungry for two days, give up and get fat.

 

I know how that goes.  I have days where I cut back and I have to be careful when I get home from the office.
