Disabled cars on the side of the road were typically given a 24 hour grace period by Highway Patrol. Marked with a white ribbon on antenna. Red meant you were now subject to tow. Cheese, you should definitely be on To Tell the Truth! That sure sounds plausible but then again it could be total BS! But it is definitely paper, and why are the earthly antennas so interested? Is it like the dog walking through a city in pandemonium where the only thing he notices is other dogs? Close but not quite. This remains an enigma wrapped in an inflammatory bowel disease.
