Lunch on the 4th day of Christmas

Got a rotisserie chicken yesterday..diced some up with celery and onion, poultry seasoning, dried cherries and mayo...served on a bed of bib lettuce..that was lightly sprinkled with a grapefruit balsamic vinegar..one of 2 fancy vinegars I got for Christmas..the other..honey, ginger balsamic.

Today is nephew Ryan's (the flight attendant) 21st birthday.  We took him to Mi Pueblo, a Mexican Restaurant, for his first legal drink - a Real Margarita with salt on the glass rim.

I had a Quesadilla Texana - beef, chicken, shrimp, etc. with Mexican potatoes, salad and sour cream and 22 oz. Dos Equis Lager.
