I have 2 walnut logs that are way too big for the new mill. I will have to slab them with the Alaskan mill. Can only cut 35 inches with the Alaskan mill so will have to trim one of the logs a little before sawing it.  All the other logs will work in the bandsaw mill.

It will cut logs up to 26" and 17.5 ft long. I didn't buy the ramps.  They work but it is hard work loading with them.  I have tried them already.  Much easier to use the skid loader and forks.

You could just use a team of horses. They would probably need the ramps though.
