There is some leftover in the fridge along with half a container of rice. I diced the duck, chopped carrot, green pepper, snow peas, and broccoli. petitepedal ★ Posted January 6, 2022 Share #3 Posted January 6, 2022 I was gonna do butternut squash ravioli with a broccoli warm pesto type of sauce....then I saw the artichoke dip in the fridge..just sitting there. figured better not waste it..so I toasted an English muffin and heated up the dip...and I added a packet of tuna ...not bad...I would like more fruit or veg..so I will probably have an apple before bed. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The last time I remember eating it was in 2001 in Beijing. It was the last night of our 2-week tour of China and we 27 Americans gave our fantastic guide, Zhou Hong Ju, a bouquet and a check for $2000! Will stir fry asparagus, red pepper, onion, garlic and ginger altogether.
