I was gonna do butternut squash ravioli with a broccoli warm pesto type of sauce....then I saw the artichoke dip in the fridge..just sitting there.  figured better not waste it..so I toasted an English muffin  and heated up the dip...and I added a packet of tuna :dontknow:...not bad...I would like more fruit or veg..so I will probably have an apple before bed.

The first time I had Peking Duck was when Nixon ate it in China in 1975 and a Chinese Chemistry Post-Doc at U. of Toronto took us to a restaurant to eat it.

The last time I remember eating it was in 2001 in Beijing.  It was the last night of our 2-week tour of China and we 27 Americans gave our fantastic guide, Zhou Hong Ju, a bouquet and a check for $2000!  She was that good!

Boiling together wild garlic pasta and egg noodles together. Will stir fry asparagus, red pepper, onion, garlic and ginger altogether.

I seem to have a digestion thing with wild garlic pasta which is why I'm mixing 2 pastas together.

Sounds good!
