All ready for Christmas!

I've got the major part of tomorrow's group dinner already prepared for our delayed-Christmas celebration (someone in the family had COVID on 12/25).  I have to do virtually nothing tomorrow except plug in the Instant Pot, eat, play the White Elephant Gift Game (I brought a clothes steamer), and watch NFL football.

I just finished making 26 raw stuffed cabbage "piggies" (Polish "golabki:" ground beef, ground pork, cooked Basmati rice, grated onion, eggs, seasonings) with diced tomatoes, sliced onions, and tomato sauce with a little Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and ketchup.  There in the fridge in the Instant Pot's 6 qt. inner pot.

Tomorrow, I'll add a little more tomato sauce just before pressure cooking to make sure it comes out juicy: the whole process takes one hour.
