Ralphie ★ Posted January 9, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 9, 2022 The robot test one is pretty darn funny. They have been at this a loooong time! I guess it must predate Warren Buffet's ownership and he decided to stay the course. There must be an article aboot it on the interwebs. Owl look someday.

It looks like Buffett was an investor as far back as the 40s, then took it over completely in the 90s. He knows a good scam when he sees one!
MickinMD ★ Posted January 9, 2022 Share #6 Posted January 9, 2022 I didn't realize that robot commercial had anything to do with Geico. I guess I was focused on the visual tricks. I bet a lot of others are, too. So the robot commercial doesn't seem to me to be a good one because the name of the company being advertised doesn't stick in your head as it does in gecko commercials and it's focused on a robot doing crazy stuff, a Rob Ott drink being delivered, and the girl looking uncomfortable instead of the gecko mentioning good rates and service. That's because they are creating a metaverse.
