Ralphie ★ Posted January 9, 2022 Share #5 Posted January 9, 2022 Just rousing myself. They pushed the rain back to this afternoon and it warmed up a little so owl try to get a ruby walk in. Oops, while I was sleeping they moved it back to the morning so we are touch and go. Should get oot now. Gotta go!
bikeman564™ Posted January 9, 2022 Share #6 Posted January 9, 2022 Having a coffee. It rained last night and is in mid 30's. The weatherheads are calling for sun later and 38°. I may be able to ride ootside, or pehaps jog. We'll see . Then making meatloaf is the plan for dinner.
Popular Post groupw Posted January 9, 2022 Popular Post Share #7 Posted January 9, 2022 Woke up to pee about 5:30 and my brain wouldn’t shut off! Doing final packing and removal of some old shelves and bedroom set that aren’t worth keeping or giving away. Disassemble the dining room table and fire pit outside. Kitchen is fully packed so we are dining with disposable plates and cups and eating out the next few days. 3
Popular Post Rattlecan ★ Posted January 9, 2022 Popular Post Share #8 Posted January 9, 2022 Got a small project to work on. It's basically done, just needs another coat of paint, but that won't take long. Bike ride in the basement, a load of laundry, and then dive into a new book I think.
Popular Post BuffJim Posted January 9, 2022 Popular Post Share #9 Posted January 9, 2022 I got up, ate breakfast- leftover kielbasa and sauerkraut- drank coffee and started the dishwasher. Did I mention that our dishwasher runs at over 140 decibels. So I came back to bed. I can hear the dishwasher over BuffCarla’s snoring. Did I mention that I have the world’s coziest bed.
Popular Post Longjohn ★ Posted January 9, 2022 Popular Post Share #10 Posted January 9, 2022 We had freezing rain at home so I got an early start to go to church. My road was bad. The next road was just slushy and by the time I got the Mercer the roads were just wet. I got to church an hour early. Already 12 cars here so I’m not the only one.

Anytime a staff or student tests positive, we have to figure out who they were near and if any others need to be excluded, sent for testing, etc…. It is critical because of the omicron spreading. Also many of our students can not wear masks.

Popular Post Further Posted January 9, 2022 Popular Post Share #16 Posted January 9, 2022 Yesterdays snow is all washed away, it poured down rain during the night, and is now drizzly and miserable, temperature in the 40's. Yesterday I walked about 3 miles and today my knee is swollen and sore, I don't know what to do about it. Yesterday I was fooling round in my shop and my table saw was being finicky, one thing led to another and today I have a disassembled table saw, waiting on new bearings. Should have done this ages ago, not in the middle of a project. I'll go down to the shop and shuffle stuff around, try to make some room. Wife want's to keep the tree up for a while so putting Christmas away will wait, probably she will want to do it when my bearings arrive... Couple pics from yesterdays walk, they are repairing some of the walking trail that was washing out and have lowered the the lake level about 8 feet. 5
