Airehead Posted January 12, 2022 Share #3 Posted January 12, 2022 Lindy and I are present and accounted for. I just saw some of the draft modeling for contact tracing in our NIH study. It is really amazing what we have been able to accomplish in terms of new knowledge about kids with developmental disabilities and COVID risk.
Airehead Posted January 12, 2022 Share #4 Posted January 12, 2022 Lindy did not care so much about the demonstration. He was looking for snacks.

Still, likely the warmest day this week unless tomorrow is similar.
Longjohn ★ Posted January 12, 2022 Share #7 Posted January 12, 2022 Oncology appointment this morning. First one since I finished chemo four months ago. I have had bloodwork done every three weeks so I’m expecting a good report.

I remember a really warm day in January I decided to ride the bike trail around the lake. The trail was clear but the bridges were so iced up it was hard to even walk your bike across them. This trail has many bridges.

Yep - the overpasses and usually the shaded sides going up to them are the last to clear up. Often black ice as well.

How are those life changes coming!? I'm waiting to find out how much the cabin fan controller in womaxx's Cube is going to cost us. It was supposed to be ready yesterday and the repair shop was able to find a replacement resistor but then they started the job and discovered that it was going to take about 5 hours to take the dash apart to get to the burned out resistor.

They rip up the peppermint bags and spread the powder around the engine compartment. They make nests of dryer sheets. The cats don't sit under the cars and hunt in the winter. Womaxx is opposed to traps and poison. I know...........I'll let her pay for the repairs.
Popular Post Longjohn ★ Posted January 12, 2022 Popular Post Share #22 Posted January 12, 2022 I had a great check up at the oncologist. Actually she is still off so I had her assistant. My numbers are almost perfect. She ask how I was doing, lol. I didn’t say ok, I said I’ve had a weird year. I told her what I just went through with my eye. She agreed it was a weird year. She was impressed with my September Challenge. She said you just got off chemo. 2

Set the traps behind something over along the wall.

Longjohn ★ Posted January 13, 2022 Share #25 Posted January 13, 2022 If you poison the mice it ends up poisoning the cats when they eat the mice. Maybe get one of those five gallon bucket traps.
