Popular Post Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted January 22, 2022 Popular Post Share #1 Posted January 22, 2022 @MickinMD for the catalyst. We replaced the battery in the Mazda CX-5 today. It’s been cranking harder in this cold weather and it’s almost six years old. Pre-emptive solutions. 5
Road Runner Posted January 22, 2022 Share #2 Posted January 22, 2022 I've been thinking about replacing mine, too. Several years old. But it still cranks sorta okay, so I'm going to see if I can hold out for now. If I can make it to warm weather, it should last through most of the summer, I think (I hope). Airehead Posted January 22, 2022 Share #3 Posted January 22, 2022 I don’t think we do this. Maybe?
team scooter Posted January 22, 2022 Share #4 Posted January 22, 2022 Dang it! I could have changed mine today instead of puttering around all day. I wonder if Napa is open tomorrow. I'm going out right now and re-measure the battery box before I forget.

The battery in my WoBG's Honda Preluded is 4 years old, I'll probably replace it in the fall. 29 minutes ago, Road Runner said: I've been thinking about replacing mine, too. Several years old. I'd suggest you got your monies worth out of that battery. If it were me.. I'd replace it now when it's easy to do, rather than getting stuck somewhere when the car won't start.
