EVERYTHING won't go away.  Ebola death rates are currently 50-90%.  There will still be plenty of people left to operate city water and sewage and make new bikes.   :)

 

 

Even if everybody in the US caught the disease (which won't happen, but just say it does), a death rate of 70% would leave about 100 million people or about the same population as in 1920.
