goldendesign Posted February 16, 2022 Share #1 Posted February 16, 2022 I've been focusing on minimalist home-gym concept since covid started and been doing primarily HIIT, Tabata style. Using some weights but mostly BWE (body weight exercises). My company's wellness program gives us $150 a year to purchase equipment. Not earth shattering but helpful. Typically used it for new clothing. This year I bought a chin-up bar, 15 and 20 lb dumbbells and kettlebells. Best prices were surprisingly from Target. Came out to $150.85

Longjohn ★ Posted February 16, 2022 Share #4 Posted February 16, 2022 I haven’t got the spare room/storage room cleaned out enough to get to my weight machine. I’ve just been working out on a yogurt mat with body weight. My abs are sore today so I must be doing something right.
