We are on a big fault here so earthquakes are somewhat common. We have wildfires, drought, and we substitute avalanches for mudslides. No tsunamis, but we have plenty of apex predators that can take you down.

You also have a volcano just up the road.

I used to work in a 20 story high rise, our floors were 19 & 20.  We had a pretty good quake once when I was in the building, a 5. Something and it felt like the building was swaying for several minutes.  It was cool yet kinda scary.
