Thanks.  It's been bouncing up and down, mostly due to the fact that eating or not eating salty snacks late at night plus the meds I take makes my early-AM weight (done each morning before breakfast) vary a lot due to water retention.  I've been aiming a 3 lbs/month since the beginning of January and I'm on target so far.

The calories per day have been pretty consistent but the Na has been higher, so I think the slow rise to a high point a week ago was mostly a water weight thing,
