I think this is why we need the death penalty.  And if the guy is "sick", the death penalty will 100% for sure completely cure him.

I like the death penalty for cases like this, it just feels "right" to me.

Not a strong supporter of the death penalty here, but, this type of brutal crime fits the bill.
