I had my coffee, did a 30 min HIIT and Hills spin ride and then 20 min of yoga. Man, if I could just start every day like that. At the beginning of the year I promised myself to work harder at flexibility this year. I had a good morning in late Jan after doing some Yoga and thought that I would like to do that every day. So every day in Feb I woke up early and did at least 10 min of peloton yoga. I have stuck with it. Seriously, my low back and hips are just fubar. I almost never have back pain anymore. My right hip still hurts constantly but I feel like I am making progress. My hip flexors are getting better.
