Wildflower Seeds Arrived

Should have a bunch of wildflowers!

I bought some this year, selectively planting in various areas. Squirrels promptly began digging where planted so pit some netting over. Beginning to poke through today...less the strip I seeded yesterday.

I throwing down some grass seed tomorrow.  No flowers allowed.

One dark stormy night, excess wildflower seed needs to be disposed of. They will love your lawn fertilizer and should have a bountiful crop of flowers. :D

I have one of those pull behind jobs.
Mixing the seed with bags of sand to control how densely the seed is spread.

the trick is too find a carrier with particles approximately the same size and weight as your seeds.  Think about a glass jar with two different size or weight materials in it.  Shake it up and they will separate out. Make sure the sand is very dry if you can.
