The birds don't seem to like the snow.

There are about 20 birds on my feeders, I think the snow covered up most of their natural  food sources

I worry about them.  I feed them year-round.  They don't seem to care for the feeders much, so I spread seed out on the deck railings.

They spread the seed themselves. Really sloppy eaters. There is a planter box under the feeders, it has at least an inch of bird seed in it. Some birds eat off the porch, others from the planters and most from the feeders.

The flying hogs emptied a feeder, I filled it last night and they emptied it already this morning.

There was a pair of pine squirrels eating the sunflower seeds under the feeder yesterday when I got home but one of them had other ideas and tried to jump her and she ran away with him chasing after.

Either they got tired of eating pine seeds and black walnuts or they forgot where they stashed them because we a crapton of those last year.
