smudge ★ Posted March 13, 2022 Share #2 Posted March 13, 2022 Pwetty!! That's the same type of feeder I like to use for the birds at camp. They seem to really like it; they prefer it to the others we have.

Airehead Posted March 13, 2022 Share #5 Posted March 13, 2022 You need to fill the feeder.

I usually don't fill the feeders until all the stuff is eaten that falls on the ground. Some of the larger birds throw out what they don't like. We use a no-mess blend of bird food. Kirby Posted March 13, 2022 Share #7 Posted March 13, 2022 I love cardinals. When we'd have breakfast at my parents every so often someone would shout out "cardinal" and we'd all go look to see the birds at the birdfeeder.
shootingstar Posted March 13, 2022 Share #8 Posted March 13, 2022 I miss seeing cardinals. They are less frequent in our province. Replace that with the mountain bluebird, which is more common ...but not common enough for me to have seen one yet.

I don't care, it attracts lots of birds and squirrels to watch.
