Anyone want to go shares with me?  Lots of gravel roads close for bikes.  I would  add a good solar  system, well and bathroom to it in the future.  37 acres.

If you were a BIT closer, damn straight.  I would add the gun range while you did that other stuff.

Front porch is perfect for hummingbear feeders, but the water collection system needs a once over I think

And their interior designer NAILED IT with the outdoorsy retro chic theme!

When I was a kid (single digits :D).My Dad's brother had a house in the woods up north. Mio, Michigan. We used to shoot on his property.

Not for me. I have seen that listing before. I would take a simple cabin with some acreage in the forest a little south of there.  This picture is about 30 miles from there.

There are some getaways like that a few hours away from us in the mountains in Western Maryland and nearby in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

The main problem is that we wouldn't use one often enough to make it worthwhile, even shared among several family households - a once in a while rental makes more sense.

We also considered renting one but, outside of hunting seasons, we didn't expect much business.

I know.  It is a nice place though. But once winter rolls in, you're stuck.

Honestly scratching my head about the lack of a bathroom.  Can you explain a home/cabin without somewhere to go to the bathroom sanitarily?

I camp and have no issue with peeing outdoors or even burying waste, but in a permanent structure, there would be a bathroom - composting or on a septic field.
