Don’t know yet. I have a few thawed chickens that need to smoke. If it gets here in the next couple of days those will prob be it.

I have not yet tried to smoke a brisket in my Big Green Egg.  A buddy of mine has become very good at it.

I got the brisket from a buddy that raises local beef. He’s a good friend of ours. Going camping with him this weekend.
