Square Wheels Posted April 1, 2022 Share #1 Posted April 1, 2022 Ankle is still bothering me. Most days it's 90%, some it's worse. I added in walking last month, very brisk walks. Last weekend I pulled a muscle in my upper back lifting my air compressor. It still hurts so that limits what I was able to do. goldendesign Posted April 1, 2022 Share #3 Posted April 1, 2022 Had a bad week last week with a lower back injury and just too much going on to even spend any series time working it out. I categorize Fairly Active as HR Zone 3 and Very active HR ZOne 4-5, I don't really count Zone 2 much anymore.
