Do you sometimes wonder if you have used too many words?

On many occasions, I talk way too much.  I need to listen better and talk less, but I seem to prefer to listen to what I have to say. 

I always admired Clint Eastwood characters in the movies because he mostly spoke only when he had something really meaningful or necessary to say.  Very cool.

But just like this post, I could have just said, "Yes, I talk too much", and then let it be.  But that ain't happening.  :)

My wife’s family are ALL talkers and it is incredibly annoying when they all get together to talk over each other, with the volume constantly increasing!  By contrast, I come from a long line of non talkers. :D
