We cooked a boneless ham this morning for brunch and for dinner we were going to do grilled ham and cheese till we found out we didn't have enough bread.

Plan B, Square crescent roll pockets with ham and cheese inside baked instead of grilled.  I've found a secret to crescent roll pockets.  Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top before baking.  Then by other season to taste is to put some pickled jalapenos inside with the ham and cheese.

Do not use the pre-buttered flaky crescent rolls.  Too much butter if you are going to brush on a small wash on top to help brown the baking.
