I'd just tell people your dog is a Supermutt.   That would work for me....  :party:

Over the years we had two dogs (German Shepard and a Great Dane/ German Shepard mix) that were VERY protective of their family.  I never worried about WoBG when I was away at work.  I knew our dogs would protect her.  I never worried about our home when we out either. 

Now our Beagle... she will just run over and wants to meet anyone, and wants to play.

We also have a beagle.. she is 16 blind and runs in circles when she does not know where she is.
