Seeing the ball really well. Multiple ribbies. She is no doubt a power hitter. But we needed to move a runner over and coach called bunt. Her pitching and the last 3 are her hitting. @ChrisL will note how tight the first guy's zone is. It was horrible in person. So inconsistent. Really hard to tell on my phone but yeah I feel ya. It’s rough when blue squeezes the pitcher or isn’t consistent with the zone. My son had a lot of movement and and his two seam would break several inches laterally in on a righty and his curve had a flat break, kinda like a slider. Often he would work the edges of the zone so the pitches started out of the zone but would cross the plate for a strike. But Oftentimes umpires weren’t skilled enough & couldn’t track the movement & call it a ball. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
