Infrared Saunas: You been in one?

I’m going to give this detox and possible weight loss therapy a shot. Supposed to be really good to help prevent memory loss and all other diseases. Infrared means it goes deeper and not as hot and supposedly stimulates cell growth. It’s one of many self care practices I hope to incorporate.

You been?

I’m skeptical of anything that stimulates cell growth. Some cells you definitely don’t want to stimulate growth.

I forget what it actually is but something good for your neurological system. Will research more

I don't think I've ever been in a regular sauna, nevermind an infrared one.

I think I tried  it once..it was such a long time. Meaning decades ago. It's not my thing to sit around and sweat it out. I'd rather be doing something outdoors that distracts me from all the sweating..with a very light breeze blowing. :)

I would not do it.

Yes Mr. Food. No evidence anywhere that it’s bad for you. Besides I secretly am hoping to grow another penis. 🤣

Good article.

If it quacks like a duck.

Maybe. Maybe not. Probably nothing but lost money but may be worth a shot. I’ll go with Mayoclinic article. Basically more studies. I’d appreciate it if you would donate $1 million to the cause, man.
