That's fantastic!  Are you excluding certain kinds of food, or mainly calorie counting?  Could you have some cheese for lunch?

I have been doing good since mid April..down a little over 6 pounds in 3 weeks...

Hope to keep the downward trend.

Do a calorie substitution.

Well...I am slowly adding more food..and doing fewer "fuelings" from the program I was on...Actually, 2.5 weeks into the program I realized I wasnt getting enough calories for my exercise...Anyway...just gonna try and stick with lean meats, veggie or soy stuff and low fat/low sugar and watch my carbs.

A friend of mine used a a couple of apps( net diary? And my fitness pal) and limited fat to 2 grams and sugar to 4 in anything she purchased..and she is down almost 60 pounds ...I am not going that extreme.

Both :P...I will be more mindful of the fat and sugar using her numbers..Trader Joe's fat free plain yogurt is 5 grams of sugar Chobani same stye is 6 grams :dontknow:

And my weight loss goal is 10% of my weight..but...if it is going ok..I am good for 20 to 25 pounds.
