I have an extra $900 in my checking account for some reason.  Looks like I transposed the 23 where it should have been 3217. At least the mistake was to the plus side.

WoW grabbed some cash at the ATM. The slip said our balance was $500 lower than the online account said. She called the bank and our balance was good. Bank asked what ATM she used. WoW shared the location. Yeah… they need to get that printer fixed. A lot of 8s look like 3s at that location.

I always like those kind of mistakes!  I buy everything I can with cash-back credit cards, which only works out if you stick to a budget and keep track of spending.  When I reconcile my recorded-on-spreadsheet receipts against my card's charge total online, I sometimes forgot to record some spending.  So my corrections are usually for the worse.  When it's the other way around - I entered something wrong or forgot to enter a payment - it's fun to see my charge total drop!
