Dirtyhip Posted October 24, 2013 Share #1 Posted October 24, 2013 He hasn't got the "official" word, but rumor has it that he will be permanently given day shift. They love him at where he is working. They like his happy nature and work ethic. He's been working days this week and will continue into next week. The house is getting back to normal.

JerrySTL ★ Posted October 24, 2013 Share #6 Posted October 24, 2013 That's fast. Usually noobie nurses are stuck on night shifts for years. The only problem with day-shift is bosses. You don't have to put up with their crap as much on nights.

Dirtyhip Posted October 24, 2013 Author Share #8 Posted October 24, 2013 This is happy news, when do you find out for sure? I think in a couple of weeks. <fingers crossed> That's fast. Usually noobie nurses are stuck on night shifts for years. The only problem with day-shift is bosses. You don't have to put up with their crap as much on nights. It was fast. We were lucky too, because he never had nights during clinical either. Unbelievable! K does well with bosses and pretty much everyone. He has a comfortable personality. He's not like me. haha
