Airehead Posted June 26, 2022 Share #1 Posted June 26, 2022 @Allen made the best iced tea I have ever had. I cannot recreate it. This is a big problem. 2 1

There is a fine line between too strong and too weak. For slow steep tea (sun tea) I find hot tap water to be about perfect.

Thanks for the recipe! I've never made Sun Tea before but have wanted to give it a try. I think I will. I have some loose tea I put in infusion cannisters when I brew it that I need to use up with flavors like Mango, Peach, and Apricot. They should work well: they make good hot teas.

Digital_photog ★ Posted June 27, 2022 Share #19 Posted June 27, 2022 I have tea brewing on the picnic table. 1 gallon cold filtered water from the RO. 6 tea bags. 4 fresh mint leaves. 2 catnip leaves (another mint variety) We usually put it out in the evening and it is ready the next evening. My lunch is a pork chop, potato chips, and iced tea.
