I had a very green stir fry. It didn’t taste too bad but looked disgusting. I didn’t have any onions, colored peppers, or tomatoes. I kept pulling things out of the fridge and the freezer and adding them. I started with three very lean boneless pork hops I grilled and cut up. Added a bag of baby carrots, a head of broccoli, three rather small potatoes, a bag of spinach, and a half a bag of green peas. I’ll be glad when the Amish neighbors get a little more variety on their stands. Right now it’s zucchini, pickling cucumbers, maple syrup, and eggs.
