Sexy As Hell

Gina and I at the mall sitting at a table   I'm eating BR. Some dude sitting on a couch. Asian lady  sits on the large couch about 8 feet from him. We're about 15 feet from her.

She starts snapping selfies but can't get the right shot so she asks the guy to take her pic. He starts saying how terrible he is at taking pics.

I'm not big on Asian chicks but this lady was sexy as he'll. Nice dress, classy looking but yet showing some cleavage. 👀

The guy is whining about taking her pic. Funny,  didn't look gay to me but sure acted like it.  If I were a single guy and some hot chick asked me to take her pic, I'd be all over it.

Heck  some ugly old men on bikes ask me at times to take their pics  and I do. 😄

He takes a feew pics and asked her how they look. Gina said you could see in her face she was disappointed. As sexy as she was, I don't see how he could go wrong,  but he did.

So she gave up on him then continued trying herself.

I was watching her and him trying to get a good pic but both were going at it from the wrong angles.

Then Gina tells me that I should ask her if she wanted me to take the pics.

Ok, now this could be fun and I know I could get the sexy pics she was trying for.  I could tell what she wanted  watching her pose but she just couldn't get it.

I could have I'm sure. Heck, I could have made a whole photo shoot out of it but in the end, I'd have nothing to gain. Gina's not a jealous person   or she doesn't show it. But if she sees me having fun with another chick  she's shown it a  few times.

I'm telling ya, I had nothing to gain by taking pics for that gal no matter what Gina said. 😆😄😆

Yeah. WoW would have been mad at me If I didn’t offer to help. When people find out I shoot with models, they think it’s a perve fest, or how hard could it be to shoot with a pretty girl. What they don’t realize is the first thing you must do is simultaneously disassociate from the moment while also being infatuated with your subject. It makes no sense, but that’s what works for me. Next, light, pose and angle can make an average looking woman a goddess or turn a 10 into a 5.

I  don't really know what it is but people say I have an eye for pics.  I  along with several other can take pics at the same event but mine will be favorites.

Few cousins' weddings  I've taken pics then end up coming out nicer than the hired photographer.  One of my cousins passed on theee shots herr  hired photographer took but kept mine because she said they were better.

Gina always says I should find other models that are younger and sexier. But I almost think if it did,  she'd be hurt thinking I was attracted. 🤣

Someday I'm going to invest in lighting to see what I can do.

I prefer not to take photos of people as people complain where landscape and wildlife do not! Forget wedding as bridezilla's are real. :frantics:  That said, where someone is struggling, I do offer to assist and already have a hint what they are trying to accomplish, but ask anyway just to clarify. May even suggest different angle for better background or lighting. They are very appreciative, but then again, their standard was low.

The funny part is when I ask someone to take a picture including myself - family group photo during outing. Hand them my DSLR and they are lost as accustomed to a phone camera...holding it out at arms lenght viewing the LCD rather than raising to the eye for the viewfinder. What is frustrating is that I may have the zoom set appropriately for composition then they step back to show that everyone has feet, requiring me to crop.

When we were at the Grand Canyon, a young couple saw my daughter shooting with her pro gear.  They handed her their camera and asked her to take a photo. They had it in “P” mode. That does not stand for “professional”. She knew that wasn’t going to give them a good shot so she set it to Manual and tweaked the setting to where I’m sure it was the best photo their camera ever took!
They were thrilled with the preview shot. She tried to show them what she did, but their eyes glazed over so she set it back to “P”.

I have had friends and relatives buy expensive cameras and have no clue about manual settings. So they have asked me but even the easiest basic explanation puzzles them. Another expensive camera sitting in the closet 🤣

I have a Rebel T3  the background but only came out with darkness in the background. most basic model ever but come out with decent shots because I use manual mode.

Figured I had to after a Vegas trip. I  took a few pics of  Gina out on the street trying to capture the casino lights in the background but only came out with a face in the darkness.

Like they say, make the camera do what you want   not what it wants. 😊
