Razors Edge ★ Posted August 29, 2022 Share #2 Posted August 29, 2022 Olive oil for the flavor? I find butter is sooo good with cabbage (and many other sautéed veg), that I would likely skip the OO. My wife has jumped to avocado oil for a lot of stuff too. EVOO for non-cooking (like dressings) and butter or avocado oil for the sautéing.
