Quote of the Day: Charles Lindbergh

Lindbergh strongly advocated supporting Hitler's Germany over the UK before the US got into WW2.  He was a key reason the Republicans blocked aid to Britain until Roosevelt came up with the "Lend Lease Act" where 40 older, American destroyers were lent to Britain to protect the Channel in return for U.S. use of British naval bases in the Caribbean.

He also said something like "Out the side window," when the King of England asked him, "How did you pee?" on Lindbergh's return trip after crossing the Atlantic.
