MickinMD ★ Posted September 18, 2022 Share #1 Posted September 18, 2022 I started pressure cooking my version of Chinese Chicken Thighs and sauce (plus later microwave steamed Broccoli at the end) - adapting from the Chinese Beef and Broccoli Recipe I love (text, video). Pictures and details below later today - I intend to finish cooking and eating it while watching the Ravens beat the Dolphins, so I might not get the post until after the game.
