Leave out the catchup or tomato sauce or whatever and try putting a couple of tablespoons of Heinz Savory Beef Gravy into the meat while saving the rest to put on top after cooking. We've found that the gravy on top all during the cooking tends to burn or crust over. If you serve the meatloaf with baked potatoes the gravy will be great for that as well.
