State Farm was paying for me to live in that luxury apartment. There was a shortage of Inspection and Permits inspectors and, instead of the wiring being approved the day after they finished, it was a 3 week wait so the sheetrock, etc. had to wait. That and other waits resulted in over a month's delay, my apartment lease expiring and another renter already lined up, so I had to move everything from my apartment to a hotel suite State Farm provided for a month and then move it from there into my house a month later.
