Popular Post Allen ★ Posted September 20, 2022 Popular Post Share #1 Posted September 20, 2022 Next is to find a couple of recipes. Muscadine wines are usually pancake syrup sweet. I would like something more less so. I’ve got two kinds of grape, so I’m making two batches one red (muscadine), and one white (scuppernong). 5 gallons each. 3
Zealot Posted September 20, 2022 Share #2 Posted September 20, 2022 Been wanting to try wine making for years. Ours are Concords. I’d wind up with Manischewitz. 😊
MickinMD ★ Posted September 20, 2022 Share #3 Posted September 20, 2022 Instead of trees for shade in my back yard, I've been considering building a big picnic table with a grape trellis extending over it for shade as a neighbor used to have. I'll put in red, white and blue/purple seedless grapes if I do it. And if I do that, I guess wine making is next!
