Wide awake a 3:30 am

I woke up at 3:30 am feeling totally refreshed and couldn't fall back to sleep.  Of course, when I'm doing yardwork today I'll be sleepy.

By 4:30 am I was very hungry for some reason.  It was too early for breakfast if I didn't want to feel too hungry before lunch, so I ate a couple pieces of garlic buttered toast and drank a bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea with Citrus.  Around 7 am I'll have scrambled eggs with fried onions, bits of chicken sausage, and salsa mixed in, then topped with shredded Cheddar cheese - sort of a poor man's omelet   Fresh ground exotic Peruvian coffee - from Costco - to go with it.

So I fell back asleep a little after 5 am, woke up a little after 8 am, and don't feel as refreshed as at 3:30 am when I first woke up.

I ate breakfast just now and in a couple hours will begin finishing the work on a couple sheds.  Some lawnmowing and weeding are also needed as the frequent rains have the lawns looking as green as Spring.

The local news is saying Hurricane Fiona is going to miss us and Maryland responders are already getting ready to leave to help Puerto Rico for it's heavy Fiona damage since they won't be needed at home.

So, if the high 80's and humidity bug me today, I can wait for the highs of 71° to 82° during the next week to complete the work.

I will have a few nights where I will sleep around 7 hours. Then I have nights when I will be in a deep sleep (Firetrucks could show up across the street and I wouldn't hear them) and sleep around 4 to 5 hours. I will wake up refreshed and not be able to fall back asleep.
