For now

Until the Tesla Cybertruck, F150 Lightning, and Ram & Silverado EV trucks achieve some sort of market share down there, the TX grid will be fine.  Their grid should be super robust and pretty much impervious to all but ludicrous adoption of ETs(?).

The BGE (formerly Baltimore Gas and Electric) website has reduced its estimate of my November bill (for October usage) from $118 to $99.  That's $41 for electricity - the same as last year - and $58 for gas - $32 more than last year.  I guess a hint of Indian Summer helped out.

I hope the forecast of a warm 8 days beginning this weekend holds up.
