MickinMD ★ Posted November 4, 2022 Share #4 Posted November 4, 2022 We've got a very-unusual-for-November great weather forecast for another week, so I'm going to get in the last bit of yard work I need to do before cold weather sets in - except the tomato garden is still producing so it's got a couple weeks to go before frost does it in.

Popular Post Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted November 4, 2022 Popular Post Share #10 Posted November 4, 2022 Roofing and gutter materials are supposed to be delivered today. Work starts Monday. The local home brew store is having an event on Saturday. I’m going to attend to learn more about whole grain brewing and pick up some supplies for a Baltic Porter I want to make. Yardwork, cut some faar wood, grocery run, mulch the garden beds, make two beer can chickens, drink beer and smoke cigars by the firepit and the near full moon. Sunday, I’m making the pepperoni garlic knots in my cast iron skillet for game snacking. Try the apple cider donut cake recipe, make and can chicken stock from the two chicken carcasses. Winter is coming and chicken soup with homemade beer can chicken and stock will be nice. 4
Popular Post Digital_photog ★ Posted November 4, 2022 Popular Post Share #11 Posted November 4, 2022 14years ago today. \ This weekend she will do her first sled dog race. She already has run cross country at the state Jr high championship and run the dogs at home. She will be doing 1 dog Junior class and adult canicross. That is running a cross country race with a dog. I think she has a good chance to win that race. 10

groupw Posted November 4, 2022 Share #13 Posted November 4, 2022 Cooler than normal weather here for a few days. Tonight - date night Saturday - purchase some PVC pipe to make a frame for photo backdrop. We then have a 50th birthday party for a friend at San Tan Flats. Supposed to be good food, live music and bonfires. Sunday, put on some cool gear for my ride! Maybe a Miata drive in the afternoon 1
Popular Post goldendesign Posted November 4, 2022 Popular Post Share #14 Posted November 4, 2022 My daughter's first gymnastics meet is tomorrow, and I have three papers I need to complete by Sunday, my older sister decided that she was going to fly in to visit and of course is using our house as a free B&B. The gymnastics event will be great. We're nervous and excited. Starts early tomorrow so the main concern is getting her down and out to be well-rested. That will be troublesome since my family views our house as a social gathering/watering hole anytime there is an event. With my sister flying in, which I'll have to pick her up, of course, my other sister and her boyfriend want to stop by and visit (meaning I'll have to feed these hooligans) AND somehow get everyone out of the house and the daughter in bed by 8-ish. The papers are for my upcoming speaking engagements and a proposal for an advanced database design and SQL course at the University I am proposing and hope to be the adjunct for. It would be part of the newly expanded degree programs for Information Sciences with a higher focus on Data Engineering, Science, and Analytics from a more practical standpoint. All of these are exciting but also a bit crammed together. Timing was never my strong suit it seems. 2 3
Zealot Posted November 4, 2022 Share #15 Posted November 4, 2022 Yard work most likely. I was out last night star gazing. Jupiter and Saturn are high and quite lovey. Might pull out the telescope and do some viewing as long as the sky stays clear.

Specifically focusing on Postgres in the traditional Relational, SQL database and MongoDB as a NoSQL file-orientated database deployment. Having the class deploy in docker containers to simulate multiple VPCs they would have to navigate communication between in a cloud environment.
