Okay...I didn't cook last night..so


2 pork chops that I seasoned with a blend  of  the following from Emeril :

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme

did a quick pan fry then added onion, apple and cabbage (only 2 chops..so only 1 apple..and the remainder of my cabbage..which will be enough for 2 servings..I am guessing)...I added a little Woodchuck Hard Cider to the mix...
I hope it turns out okay!
