A tight compression wrap is keeping it stable, but the tape for that doesn't work well in he pool, so that's just KT Tape swimming. I was not feeling well and did not do as much as I normally do, like lunges and more squats. 2 x 12 at 200ish 1 x 8 at 315 a bunch of reps at lower weight 2 x 12 at 100 ish Some squats 3 x 12 on some weird machine you lay down on and but a belt over your waist and then do these weird pelvic bends. 3 x 10 seated leg curl at around 100 to 120 lbs 3 x 12 ab crunch 3 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And I did no more damage to my arm! Another win!
