Attended and spoke at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor, had two Scoutmaster conferences and worked on logistics for an upcoming campout at Fort Hood in Texas. Back in the gym on Tuesday. That thing could easily kill you. I may add that to my routine. The A routine is 20 minute warm-up of hills on a stationary bike, then a free weight circuit with some upper, lower, core, and balance. The B routine is 20 minutes of hills on the bike (or elliptical machine if the bikes are busy), 15 on the rowing machine, 10+ on the stair stepper. Just breezy enough to have a solid ride back. Legs felt pretty decent even after running last night.
