Did not do much this weekend other than spend about 8 hours working on Scout related stuff.  Attended and spoke at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor, had two Scoutmaster conferences and worked on logistics for an upcoming campout at Fort Hood in Texas.

Back in the gym on Tuesday.

I can tell a difference after just a month.

2/3- 45 minutes in the gym. 
 

I have two gym routines that I cycle through a-b-a-b…. The A routine is 20 minute warm-up of hills on a stationary bike, then a free weight circuit with some upper, lower, core, and balance. The B routine is 20 minutes of hills on the bike (or elliptical machine if the bikes are busy), 15 on the rowing machine, 10+ on the stair stepper. I’m at 12 minutes of stairs, working toward 15 minutes and then I’ll work toward varying the intensity, like hills.

I was asked to change the name of the route, so our group would know to bring an apple to feed Elvis (the camel)
